Before My Periods Am Sick And Have To Get Admitted In The Hospital. Lose Weight. On Contraceptive Pill. Pain In Belly, Back. Treatment?

Every month 3days before my period ( for the last 18 months)I'm voilently sick to the point 9 times out of 10 I have to go into hospital, my weight has dropped around 4stone. My obs and gyne consultant has said I have mild endimetreotis but I don't seem to have the correct symptoms. He put me on the contraceptive pill to take without a break but this didn't stop my sickness. I get pains in my back a belly about a hour before starting to be sick. Do you have any idea of what it could be

Hi, it appears to be the pelvic inflamatory disease, fibroids, or anemia,poly cystic ovarian syndrome, you may need to have ultrasound scaning, for confirmation. so i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such infection prescribes, fluconazole, cifixime, and hematinics . thank you.
