Belly Is Increasing. Tried Exercise. Medication For Flat Belly?
hi,i m ask you that i have 2 kid last kid is 5 years old,my problem is my belly is so increase day by day.i try many type of exerise but during exerise my tummy flat when i leave exerise then my tummy return old position.you told me best advise for flat tummy then i use that no return tummy problem.so pls tell me any madican????my husband like flat tummy.plzzzzzzzzzzzz solve my problem and thank ful you.

There may be two problems her , or both
1. weight gain
2. abdominal wall laxity
The first one requires diet and cardio exercise.
The second one can be treated with abdominal strengthening exercises if it is minimal. But it may require surgery if it is advanced.
this often is a problem between couples
I recommend consulting with a plastic surgeon.
