Bicep Has A Mark. With Scabs And Bumps And Hard To Touch. What Could It Mean?
Hello, I have one spot on the back of my right arm (bicep) about a dollar size that becomes warm, tingly and itchy every once in a while. Maybe 2-3 times a year I get this and lasts about a week. It is super itchy and tingly however no scabbing, bumps or any other topical change except for warmth/hot to the touch. What could this be?

Bicep Has A Mark. With Scabs And Bumps And Hard To Touch. What Could It Mean?
Hi, Welcome to HCM, It seems that you are having pyoderma off and on. You should be tested in laboratory to rule out DM,HIV,Anaemia and other immunocompromised diseases. You take antihistaminic like levocetirizine till relief in itch. Take antibiotics for 1 to 2 weeks. Apply antibiotic cream. Improve immunity by good nutrition and immunobusters. Avoid worries and anxiety. Improve hygiene to prevent the disease in future. Thanks. Dr. Ilyas patel MD
