Big, Swollen Pimples Filled With Blood And Puss On Face, Public Area And Underarms. No Relief From Anti Acne Creams. Solution?
Hi, I'm having a problem with my skin (at my face, pubic and underarms mostly) where I get big pimples that feels swollen and hard to touch, after a while they break either because of friction ( in the pubic area and under arms) or my face because I try to break them, they are always filled with a mixture of blood and puss so I try to extract it to clean the area, and I'm not sure if that is good at all ?
I really need help with this problem as it's been following me for like 1-2 years now and doctors are no help since they always prescribe anti acne creams/lotion.
I don't know if I'm having hygiene issues because I use Life boy anti bacterial skin shampoo and I wash up twice a day...
what condition am I having and what's the cure for it ?

The condition you are facing can be acne vulgaris ,hidradenitis suppurativa ,recurrent furunculosis etc.
You need to visit a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Skin biopsy may be needed for diagnosis.
Extracting them is not a good idea as it can lead to further infection and complications.
Use a good soap like soapex soap for bathing.
