Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that your right testis is bigger than the left , double the size for 4 years without any problems. Wants to know whether this is possible to get this to normal position.
First of all we have to know the exact position of both the testis and the contents of the sac in the scrotum; for this you have to undergo the following:
Clinical evaluation and actual examination by the
Urologist or a
General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen to if there are
lymph nodes or evidence of Urogenital problems and the scrotum to see for the contents,l the causes of disparity between the two testes, a chance for a cancer of the enlarged testis.,
hydrocele.
Hence of this is due to hydrocele, simple surgery will help to solve the problem; if this is due to enlargement of the testis, this is indicative of a Cancer and needs surgery for removal, typing and further management in the form of Radiotherpy or so.
This is just to enlighten you about the possibilities and to get prepared for the worst if the diagnosis is such; otherwise hydrocele will be the easiest surgery you can have; and to consider the small possibility of the right testis being atrophied.
