Bitten By Dog During Pregnancy, Delayed Taking Rabies Vaccine. Any Effect On Fetus?

Hi docter, my wife is pregnant for about 2 month. But yesterday she was bitten by a dog,and was bleeding at the same time, when she was walking past a guard dog.
Then she delayed for about 12 hours to go to hospital to inject the rabies vaccine.
Now we are very worried about the baby, does it have anything bad to my baby?So what should I do?
Thank you.
