Hi Meena, These black dots could be anything freckles, dermatosis papulosis nigra( DPNs), plain warts, comedones etc. Freckles require sun protection, sunscreens, pigmentation reducing creams DPNs and warts can be removed with electro cautery Comedones require extraction or cautery. So you can see the treatment suggested changes with diagnosis. Dermatology being a visual field diagnosis can only be made after a having a look at the lesion.
