Black Head On Thigh. Developing Into A Small Mole. Itchy And Scaly. Is It Dangerous?

i am thirty years old female.Middle of last year many black heads appeared on my thigh. i squeezed out most of them but one blackhead remained.i tried very hard to remove it but could not.after somedays it started to grow as a raised mole.not very big but very round black & small.Soon i went to a dermatologist & she removed it. She said it has has routes & its not dangerous.but again it had reapperad from the same spot.time by time it has raised.this time bigger than last time.sometimes its itchy & looks scaly.but round and black.looks like a normal raised mole.is this dangerous?iam concerned now
