Black Specks In Mucous And Phlegm. History Of Throat Infections, Had Antibiotics. What Could Be The Reason?

hello, I have been seeing black specks in my mucous n phlegm for a while now. I am a non-smoker and there is no smoker at home either. I have had almost five throat infections in the last 5-6 months, and have had to take antibiotics to recover from the bouts of fever and flu. Any advice on whats happening to me please?
