You need to see a doctor as you have had bleeding in the large intestine which led to clots and bleeding inthe rectum. This needs to be investigated, preferably by doing a Colonoscopy with a fibreoptic colonoscope which will visualise any lesions in the large intestines, descending colon and rectum. You may also need to get your bleeding time and clotting time done to rule out any bleeding disorders. The black stools are from the remaining blood which probably interacted with the acid and other intestinal secretions.
