Blackheads In Armpit
i have blackheads in my armpit, some merged into one, it is occasionally inflame especially if there are trapped hair inside. what can i do? it got a bit bigger after some time and there is a new blackhead that might merge in after a few months. i really don t know what to do.. please help me thanks...

It seems you have have hidradenitis suppurativa. Start an antibiotic like Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day with topical Clindamycin 1% gel la bid. Keep proper hygiene, & avoid excessive/ irritating deos or perfumes. Continue this for 4 weeks & let's seee.
