Bleeding After Passing Stools. Due To Irregular Meals Or Sitting Continuously?
hi, i am a 29 year old lady, from the past 4 days i am seeing few drops of blood after having motion, is this because of my lifestyle change during last 3months, that means not eating in time and eating eggs(daily 2 eggs) & chicken (weekly twice) regularly. And also i use to sit continuously for hours. Please solve the problem
Fresh blood in the surface of the stool is most likely caused by hemorrhoids. This disease is closely related with constipations, bad diet and lack of physical activity.
However most often reason of blood in stool are hemorrhoids, all other possible disease causing blood in stool should be ruled out. It is advisable for you to have colonoscopy performed, abdominal ultrasound and full blood work.
To get rid of hemorrhoids you should avoid constipations, increase physical activity. Fatty food should be limited. Fiber rich foods are advisable.
Some suppositories for hemorrhoids can be helpful as well as hot baths.
Hope this will help.
Regards.
