Bleeding And Pain From The Piles. Itching, Difficult To Sit. Painful Lump Present

8 days ago i had pile banding done and was put to sleep i am now in server pain that pain killers do not work and have a external and very painfull pile bleeding , itching and find it very hard to sit down should i contact my GP or is this normal i also now have a very pain full small red inflammed looking lump on my viginal external wall

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you have got inflamed strangulated pile giving rise to this problem.
This infection might have spread to vaginal area giving you more trouble.
There is a possibility of having fissure-in-ano as well.
In this situation consult surgeon for exact diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile apply some antibiotic cream locally,
Avoid constipation.
Take liquid paraffin one tablespoonful at night.

take homoeopathic medicine 1. hemammalis Q 20 drop 3 times a day with cup of water and ratania 200 , 5 drop 3 time a day. and avoid spicy and fried food and ginger
