Bleeding, Blood Running Down Legs, Belly Hurts. Could A Cyst Be Broken ?

I am AAAA. I'm 19. My fiancé and I talked for the first time in a week today. Now I just got over my period 3 or 4 days ago. When my fiancé and I talked today I started bleeding. I dont mean dripping. I mean blood running down my legs. My belly hurts but its not cramping like it does when I have my period. Its scaring me. My mom says it may be a cyst that broke and opened. But I dont think it would make my belly hurt like it does. The pain is going to y back and sides too. Its scaring me and I dont know what it is. Help me

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The frank bleeding that you are having is not likely to be due to a ruptured cyst. This is more likely to be due to trauma or a vaginal injury. Do consult yiur gynecologist for an examination to confirm.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
