Bleeding Dark Blood After Having Sexual Intercourse, Lower Back Pain. Advice

hello my name is smita, I had a sex after 10 days of my period, and after sex I bleeded after sexual intercourse and stayed for 4 days. at first red in color and turned dark and it stopped and I though it stopped and I had sexual intercourse, and I see again some dark blood appeared and I also had a lower back pain now. what should I do
