Bleeding From Nose And Mouth

I woke up in the morning and I was bleeding from my mouth I found out when I spit and found my nose was bleeding when I blew it why am I bleeding from my nose and mouth. This is happening for the first time I m 15 and a male

Hi,

It must be the bleeding from the nose which would have otherwise trickled into your throat and mouth. Do not blow your nose hard, drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated. If the bleeding persists please consult a good ENT specialist.
