Bleeding In Tongue, Feeling Of Lump. Treatment?
mY FRIEND'S TONGUE HAS BEEN BLEEDING FOR 3 HRS NOW. HE SAYS HE JUST NOW FELT A LUMP ON HIS TONGUE. i TOLD HIM TO PRESS ON IT IN ORDER TO STOP THE BLEEDING. THE BLEEDING IS CONSTANT AND PROFUSE FILLING UP A FOLDED PAPER TOWEL. hE SAYS HE HAS NOT BIT OR INJURED HIS MOUTH AS MUCH AS HE CAN REMEMBER.
AND HE HAS NO INSURANCE.

Your friend has bleeding from the tongue since 3 hours. If after continuous pressing of the tongue at the bleeding points for 10 minutes is not stops then better to consult ENT specialist.
