My husband has blood puddling in his testicles. What is the medical treatment for that?

Hi.. Small  collections with no apparent cause would spontaneously regress with pain management and rest.. If any other cause is found treatment is addressed to the cause for it.. Few of the causes can be treated while few other are just watched over.. Hence evaluation for the cause of it is indicated....
