Bleeding With Clots, Removed Clots In Blood. Bleeding Heavy, Has Odor, No Pains

Saturday night I had a bleed red with clots went to womens health unit and had an inyernal with they removed the clots n blood n kept me on the ward over night I came out on sunday tea time as bleeding had calmed down from being heavy when I got home I was still bleeding heavy off and on not everytime I go today monday had bleeding but much less than the past day or two but the blood as a odor to it no more clots since thd hospital and no pains at all

Thanks for the query.
The cause of the bleeding to be cured to stop the bleeding.
If the bleeding is due to miscarriage etc, any possibility of retained products to be ruled out, if present to be removed.
If the bleeding is due to hormonal imbalance, hormonal pills along with anti fibrinolytic drugs can cure the problem.
If structural causes like fibroids, polyps etc causing the problem, that should be removed.
So, consult gynecologist once, get examined.
Then depending on the findings, management can be planned.
Anti fibrinolytic drugs help in decreasing the bleeding.
