Hi- I am middle-aged, pretty healthy and active. I am increasingly uncomfortable due to periods of abd bloating and passing large amounts of (I think) stronger smelling/foul smelling gas throughout the day. For the past year or so, I generally pass some stool each day, but it is small "balls" of stool instead of a formed stool. I eat lots of finer each day between my cereal and multiple fruits and veggies (at least 3 raw ones each day) and drink a min of 6 glasses of water per day. I have 1 or sometimes 2 caffeinated beverages each day. I've added a teaspoon of chia seeds and a probiotic to my diet which seemed to have helped a bit, but I'm open to any suggestions!
