Bloating, Belching, Flatulence, Abdominal Spasm After Sex, Diagnosed As Oesophagitis Reflux. Suggestions?

Hello Dr. I m suffering since 4 months till now from the following symptoms. bloating , belching , flatulence , and a pain at the top side of abdomen (when I press). Moreover, I suffer also , in addition to the above symptoms, from abdmenal spasm (AFTER THE SEXUAL PROCESS). I made an endoscopy for the stomach at last week and the doctor told me you have mild esophagitis reflux . is it true or not? and what the exact diagnostics?

Esophagitis usually causes symptoms like painful swallowing. Reflux can cause symptoms like heartburn and belching.
Bloating, flatulence and abdominal spasm after sex are not related it.
You have not mentioned your age and whether you are a diabetic.
Gastroparesis ( diabetes is one of the causes) can cause these symptoms. But abdominal spasm after sex is not related to it and it could be due to exertion.

Endoscopy is very well diagnostic of esophagitis.It is easy it to diagnose this on endoscopy and no further test is needed.
