Bloating In Lower Abdomen, Tender And Painful To Touch, Swollen Perineum, Inability To Pass Stools. Any Ideas?

Hello,
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I am pretty uncomfortable. I began having a queasy stomach about 5 days ago and it has turned into more of a lower abdominal bloat, with an inability to go to the restroom. It stomach is tender to touch and hurts when I move. I have tried going to the bathroom, however, it is quite uncomfortable in the rectal area to make those attempts. I also noticed that it can be uncomfortable to sit, as it feels like there is pressure in that area as well. I did notice that my perineum is swollen and I am experiencing low back pain. I know, it's a lot - I have an appointment tomorrow, but I'm curious as to what could be going on.
Thank you!
