From the site and pattern of eruptions you have described, i can think of a most commonly occurring possibility: Folliculitis ..this is a Bacterial infection occuring in hair folicles.Frequently recurring and very persistent. Occur due to colonization of bacteria like Staphylococcus.
The skiing tags are extra parts of skin and can occur anywhere in the body.They should never be pulled out or taken off manually as these lead to superimposed infections in most cases.
You can apply topical Mupirocin cream 2% 2-3 times daily for 7 days on both areas.
If persistent,you should visit a dermatologist and get treated appropriately.

It seems you have developed a boil (folliculitis) in your arm pit , which is pus filled and you have been squeezing it causing further injury leading to bleeding.
I suggest you not to squeeze it

you need to clean it with antisepic solution followed by application of antibiotic ointment like mipirocin
you may take oral antibiotic after getting it examined by dematologist ,if he feels the need.
An antinflamatory tablet will help in reduction of pain snd swelling

maintain good hygiene to prevent recurrance

skin tag is a skin outgrowth present in in 90% of total population, commonly seen in body folds like armpit groin neck aroud eyes . they are painless but cosmetically unacceptable, and are rich in blood vessels so they bleed easily due to friction or picking .
they can be easily removed by minor procedures like:
chemical , electric or radio cautery
carbondioxide laser
so dont pick skin tags , get it removed by a doctor
