Blood Clot, Varicose Veins In Testicles. Producing Semen In Urine. Constant Fever. Prescribed Painkillers. Antibiotics Required?
Hi, I have had a recent trauma to the testicles. I have been told it is bleeding of the epidydimitis producing a blood clot in the testicles. I also have severe varicose veins in the testicles that put pressure on the epidydimitis. I have had one episode of hemo semen , but i am producing semen in my urine. I have constant fever 38,5 and sickness and am in agony, have been told to wait 3 weeks to have a scan. I have been given painkillers only. Should I have been prescribed antibiotics and should my urine be tested for anything? Many thanks.
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sustained injury to your testis resulting into bleeding in epididymis and Haematospermia.
This will take at least 3-4 weeks to heal completely.
Please take antibiotics like Doxycycline along with some anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily
