Blood Clots In Urine, Enlarged Prostate. On Antibiotic. How To Take Control On Enlarged Prostate?

I have been diogonised mild enlargement of Prostate.A week ago I have blood with urine .it was immediately controlled with antibiotic drugs.I am now better and my PSA is 6.25 and my age is 57 years.It has happened after 15 years.i don,t use alcohal and addiction.Please tell me how I shouls take take to control the enlagement of my prostate by medicine or by dietry.Thaks

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum .
The cause of concern is prostate specific antigen 6.25 , it is very high ( 3-4 ) .
The normal weight of prostate is 7-19 gm ( cc) , please upload the size of prostate .
In my opinion if size is enlarged consult a urologist .
In such type of cases excisional biopsy is the only an option.
So consult an Urologist and get in surgery.
