when i pee its fine but after when i m about to finish it really hurts but there s no blood with it but now there is blood coming out of my vagina and my period doesn t start until 3 weeks why is that? answer quickly i m scared, please

You might have infection on urinal orifice and some infection in vagina.
Go for vaginal swab examination.
For delaying of period consult gynaec.
