I am 69 years just noticed a small amount of blood on my clit.
I looked as it was uncomfortable, wiped it off and it spotted in front of my eyes. I have been taking a antibiotic for what I thought was a bladder infection I finished the tablets 2 days ago and the same feeling is back ,, Uncomfortable in the lower part of my tummy a sick feeling, need to go to toilet a lot and a uncomfortable clit.
Have had no sex for 30 yrs and I don't masturbate like all the answers seam to indicate that is the cause.
Have had a full Hysterectomy also about 25 yrs ago.

Hi,
From history it seems that due to age there might be depletion of estrogen level in the blood might caused dry vagina producing atrophic vaginitis.
Apply some estrogen cream locally after consulting your Gynaec.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
Ok and take care.
