Im starting to get alittle worried because its been going on this long. I have no medical insure and cant afford the ER. What can I do?

The simplest of things to consider is if you have hemorrhoids (piles) although several other things can be possible.
Suggest you to take plenty of fluids with a high fibre diet and laxative if need be. If this continues please do a see a physician as he/she would judge the situation and advise you further.
Take care
