Blood In Stools, Irregular Toilet Habits, Irregular Sleep Habits. Anything To Worry?
I am a 18 years old boy. (62 kg and 5'10"). Over the past week, blood passed twice when I went to toilet. I have a habit of sitting in the toilet for long durations (15-20 minutes) and my toilet habits are not very regular. My sleep habits are also not regular. I tend to eat more wheat (Chapatis and rotis) and very little rice. Is there anything to worry?
