Hi,
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
Blood in stool with discomfort like some movement in colon is suggestive of some significant pathology.
History of chronic or acute constipation will give clue to the presence of anal fissure.
Colonoscopy is required to examine inside the anal region, rectum, and colon to look for fissures, ulcers, polyps, or any other growths in the colon.
I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist for the review of your clinical history, examinations, and for colonoscopy.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
