Blood Test Shows Elevated Lymphocytes And Low Urea. Having Crohns Disease. Why Lymphocytes Are Raised?

hi. got called by my doctor to make an appointment to see her
as my 2 monthly blood tests showed an elevated lymphocytes and low urea. I have crohns disease 20+ years - 2 bowel resections (last one 2011). Currently having infliximab (remicade). Have been feeling a little nauseas, tired and suffering from bad joint pain (knee, shin and back). Any ideas as to why lymphocytes would be raised. I assume urea low due to not eating well. I am clinically obese and dieting also.
Thank you for any ideas/suggestions.

Crohn's is said to be auto-immune like disorder and joint pains may go along with it in some of manifestations or may be natural occurring with middle age and beyond. Lymphocytic increase in chronic disorder is a fight back mechanism and can be attributed to that, unless the count is very high not corresponding to nature of illness and accompanied with more symptoms that it needs further evaluation.take mild pain killers for joint pains preferably paracetamol 500 mg once or twice as per severity
