Blood Work Showed Elevated Calcium, Osteopenia, Low Phosphate And Vitamin D, Enlarged Thyroid. Could It Be Thyroid?

HI I have had blood work done and it showed that I have elevated calcium , osteopenia , low phospahate, low vitamin d and an enlarge thyroid but normal thyroid function. I have a 5 mm nodule on right lobe and also my neck swelling flunuates. Could it be my thyroid or parathyroid as an issue? I don;t see the endo til next month but I feel so sick and miserable.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the important is the clinical symptoms and the health condition if you are doing well and do not have any symptoms, even if it is the silent features detected then also it is being cleared with the test done and that is all are unremarkable.
If the thyroid profile or hormone studies are normal one then it may not be the thyroid disease, still just to clear the doubt I would suggest to get done the Iodine up take studies or imaging studies of thyroid gland, or even can discus this with endocrinologist.
hope this information helps.
