Hello i have blotchy spots on my neck, when i sweat or exposed to sun they turn red, they are like a light brown color when i do nothing. It has now recently shown up on my chest, just single spots not a form of patches. None this is itchy just very embarrassing. I have used the fungal cream and it kinda takes it away but with the weather warming up nothing seems to be working. Any recommendations would be helpful.
