Blurred Right Eye, Smaller Than Other Eye, Night Vision Problems, Black Spots Appearing. Is This The Cause For Concern?

i had lasik 7 months ago vision 20/20 both eyes but have some issues with the right one it's somehow blurred and looks smaller than the other one i have night vision problems and i feels that my eyes are always dry today suddenly i had many black spots than suddenly appeared and the within a less of a second they disappeared what are the causes ?is it serious?

the blurring of vision could be due to residual refractive error.. u should get checked your spectacles again, the 5 % of the lasik eyes have a problem of dryness ... its very common post lasik.. for that you just have to use lubricating eye drops.. ths issue of black spots in eye if its momentary i think you should not be worried..
the issue of glare at night is also common post lasik.. but usually it goes with time... if it still annoy you.. you should get your aberrometry done..
