Blurred Vision, Recurring Headache, Tingling In Face. Low Vitamin D, B12. Taken Tylenol, Motrin. Recommendations?

Blurred vision yesterday in both eyes lasting 45minutes. Headache on and off but only off for max of 30min. I have taken Tylenol, Motrin and excedrin on and off. Normal blood pressure is low at at 106/70 but yesterday was 125/75 and 116/79. Today it was back to normal at106/67 but still have on going headache. Some tingling in face and warm sensation in back, typical for me with low vitamin b12 and vitamin D.
