Hi Samuel Thanks for posting query on healthcare Magic Biols happen when there is infection in root of hain(hair follicle). It may appear anywhere in theskin of body but skin over scotum is more prone due to collection of sweat and less chance of drying. One can prevent by cleaniness and dry the moist skin. If boils happen then we have to take the help of antibiotics oral or as an ointment depending uupon severity. Just a few boils may not require antibiotics. One more thing if you do not take care properly there may be co infection of fungus that could be reason of not getting better after many days. I suggest you to visit doctor (skin) by seeing lesions he can understand the proble and modify treatment accordingly. Lastly if you arehaving bolis frequently get you blood sugar done Hope this information help you. Take Care
