Boils On Underarm With Persistent Pain, Fever, Taken Augmentin Duo,nimuslide. Suggestion?

hi, i am suffering from boils at left underarm .Size of 3boils is round up to 4 mm & 1 boil in a length up to 6 mm.My family physician has recommended me Augmentin Duo ( Amoxycillin & Potassium clavulanate) with nimuslide twice in a day.And i have taken the same from last 2 days But still tremendous pain & fever is continue.Please suggest me about it

hi,
Boils over underarms could be due to various reasons.get a bloodworkup done for CBC,ESR,Mantoux and pus culture and sensitivity from the wound swab.Treatment is given accordingly.Try using a Betadine wash twice daily and continue with the same antibiotic with T.Metrogyl400mg thrice daily for 5 days and topical T.Bact cream and Nadoxin1% cream once daily for 5 days and report to me with the results.
