Born With 3 Testicles, No Pains. Will This Cause Any Complications In Future?

hello, i have a brother who has three testicles. one is full testis and the other one is also equal to other but is divided . but are not equally divide one is bigger than the other. he realized this when he was 15 years old and now 23 years. he says when he holds it he feels no pains but his fear is that it might cause birth problems in the future. what should i do. he has never being to the hospital to complain about before.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are suspecting your brother to have three testicles. This is not possible at all What you are suspecting as a third testicle may be a congenital encysted hydrocele of the spermatic cord .This can b confirmed only on clinical examination by a expert So lease consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis an further treatment.
