Both Earlobes Oozes Pus And Blood Alternately. Possible Causes And Remedies?
My earlobes keep filling up with pus , One will swell up to about pea size before popping, usually on its own. When it pops its dark pus with blood mixed in. It will then go away but two weeks later the opposite earlobe does the same thing! This cycle has been going on for about 4 months constant, and has happened randomly over the past few years.
I have gone through your query regarding swelling, itching and pus discharge from ear lobule of both sides alternate in about one or two weeks interval.
Your clinical history indicates that you have allergic otitis externa with secondary infections. Have you dandruff on your scalp? Because cases of dandruff usually have recurrent ear and eye infections.
As far as treatment is concern you should take antibiotic, anti inflammatory and anti allergic. you may also use local application of antiseptic cream over lobule of ear. If you have dandruff than that should also be consider to avoid recurrence.
With Regards.
