my wife is 32week pregnant in scan report it showed diastolic notchingin both uterine arteries my wife is 32 week pregnant she is 29 yrs of age in the scan check it showed Both uterine arteries show early diastolic notching please let us know what it is and how serious it is and is there effect on the baby

The diastolic notching in uterine artery indicates the irregularity in the maternal heart and it might just not be anything to worry.m Still a maternal ECG tracing will let you know any abnormality. It has got no effect on the fetus.
