Hello,
Pain after sex may be physical as well as emotional.
During sex, first you are aroused and because of that arousal increased secretions in the vagina, makes your vagina and
vulva get moist and relaxation of vaginal muscles makes the opening of vagina wider. The arousal point is the
clitoris, so it enlarges.
Because of the lifting of
uterus the vagina goes little deeper and wider.
All these things are occurring with increased blood supply to that area. (Just like males getting erection because of increased blood supply)
Once you reach orgasm the sex organs (and with them the whole body) need some time to come back to their unexcited state.
The congestion slowly reduces releasing the muscular tension, the pulse rate and blood pressure reduction, and breathing becomes normal again.
As you are recently married the hyper excitation produces little exacerbation of all the above said changes – which is the reason for the pain.
The black spot may be due to the congested clitoris, which may change once the clitoris reduces its size and congestion is released. If that black spot persists consult a Dr.
When urine passes through’ the painful congested tensed muscle you may feel pain
Evert thing is OK
Best wishes to you both
