Hi, you have 3 problems with you, constipation, and bloating it is common to appear now and then. Second one breast pain and tenderness, may be due to the lump, or cervical spondylosis. The pai during the period, and pain in the pelvis, dark bleeding, nausea, tired ness, fatigue etc it could be due to the pelvic infection, and the above 2 may be secondary to it. i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
