hello doc, my father is 66 year old and i am working far away from him, he has a low BP 100/65. he is also complaining of breathlessness and has also developed swelling under the eye. my question is that is there a symptom of any major kidney problem. if yes plz tell me the remedial measures. also, my father ten years from now was a perpetual high BP case and was regularly subscribing to tenormin 10 mg. And now he has developed low BP . Due to job constraints its not easy for me to regularly take my father to doctor. Also he is presently stationed at muzaffarpur (bihar). Need your help pl

One has to consider complications from long standing pressure. It may be related to the heart (like silent heart attack) or kidney (kidney failure); anaemia and so on. HE MUST BE TAKEN TO THE DOCTOR / examined / he will need investigations...
