As you told that your several teeth are half broken. half gone.
that clearly indicates that the enamel covering of the teeth ha s gone leading to exposed layer of dentine or even may be pulp.
enamel layer is non sensitive layer but dentine and pulp layer are sensitive.
you are having the pain and sensation because of this exposure of dentine and pulp layers.


I suggest you to take a appointment and at least get a dental consultation. Dentist will suggest you the clear picture of your teeth and will suggest the remedies accordingly.

i read your problem,you have several teeth that are broken,half gone and ugly........
this is because caries spread to the roots and have damaged your teeth.............
and your teeth pulp got infected because of that you feel pain..............
this pain radiate to the head region because of that you feel dull pain in your head region...........
because of the same problem you have soreness...........
i will suggest you please once go to the dentist and get proper treatment otherwise you will loose your teeth.......
so please go to the dentist at least once.........

ugly broken teeth with pain and soreness clearly indicates that your teeth are cariously involved which have invovled all three layers of the teeth which results in blac appearance and pain in them. go see your dentist asap. he will tell you after proper clinical examination , that which all teeth can be saved by restoration or rct and which all have to be extratced. in the meanwhile, take amoxycillin500mg three times a day along with paracetamol and nimesulide three times a day. do warm saline rinses 4-5 times a day.
