Broken Thumb, Bruised Left Knee, Penis After Heavy Fall, Hard Lump In Pubic Region. What Is This ?
I had a heavy fall last Wednesday over a goalpost,I landed awkwardly,breaking my right thumb,bruising my left knee and also bruising my penis&the area directly above it.This was very sore experience but now I hav noticed that I hav a hard lump in the pubic hair region above my penis. The area is still slightly yellow in color from bruising.The lump is approx half an inch in diameter and is slightly to the right side.This lump was definately not there before my fall. Have u any ideas what the lump might be.thanx for your help.

Lump is most likely related to trauma.You did't mentioned, weather you had hematuria( blood in urine) or not after trauma.Any way, if lump is superficial ,most likely it is hematoma and it will get resolved with time.If you had hematuria or any difficulty in urination, get examined by a urosurgeon.
