Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

Your complaints are typical to a bronchitis patient, therefore you must consult a general physician or pulmonologist for better treatment and quit smoking for better future. Asking for help online as advice can be tolerated but requesting medicine online is not advisable. Because specialists need to check each and every condition of the patient and then only prescribe medicines.
