Brown And Faint Red Discharge. On Introvale Birth Control Pack. Sexually Active, History Of Frequent UTI. Thoughts?

I am taking the introvale 3 month pack of birth control i have been forever. my discharge has been brown and when i wipe the toilet paper is a faint red from blood. i am sexually active. this isn't the first time i have had this discharge but last time once i had my period it went away. i tend to get UTIs alot. why is this?

If you are having this slight bleeding once or twice mid-cycle it could be ovulation bleeding i.e bleeding due to rupture of your follicle which is a normal phenomenon. If you are facing this problem every now and then it could be due to any infection in your cervix like cervicitis or any endometritis or growth in your endometrial cavity. Go for a ultrasound Pelvis ( Transvaginally) and a PAP smear.. also for the UTI please maintain your hygiene, drink lots and lots of water
