Brown Clotty Discharge, No Periods, Deep Pain In Abdomen And Pelvic Area, Extremely Strong Smelling Urine. Connections?
What causes extremely strong smelling urine? I've had tests done, no urinary tract infection, no STD;s etc..... Also brown clotty discharge, no longer get a period. In menapause. At times very deep pain in very low abdomen, pelvic area, that wakes me up at night or during day causes me to lay in fetal position. I can't help but think it is all realated somehow. Pain during sex as well.

I would come up with these possibilities for this sort of lower abdominal pain , these includes. 1 Left renal stone ( stone or calculus may be anywhere from kidney to urethra). Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of urinary tract system. 2 Chronic renal failure . Diagnosis can be confirmed by evaluation of serum creatinine , blood urea examination .Strong smelling urine may be due to high amount of urea in urine or ketone bodied . So get in urine complete for ketone bodies also. 3 Salpingitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of fallopian tube. 4 Carcinoma of large intestine . Diagnosis can be confirmed by colonoscopy examination. In my opinion consult an urologist and get his opinion as above mentioned. Good luck. Dr. HET
