Brown Discharge. Taking Birth Control Pills, Detox Tea And Doing Insanity Workouts. Side Effect?

hello,
i recently started a detox tea and i noticed that i have been having a brownish discharge for a few days. the problem is, in addition to starting the detox tea, i started to do the insanity workouts along with running two to three miles. ive been on birth control for years but recently stopped for a month and then started back taking the birth control again. im having a problem narrowing it down to the pills, detox, or just working out six days a week.
