I woke up this morning with this brown spot on the side of my left index finger. I'm not sure if it's one or multiple spots. It doesn't hurt or itch, not raised. There is a small red dot on top of the larger brown circle. That tiny red spot is a little sore. Almost feels like a bug bite. I notice I also have a similar red spot on the side of my middle finger on the same hand. That red spot also feels similar to a bug bite. What's going on here?
